• Typically they work from 8 am to 6 pm But in season and during specific jobs i.e. TN Titans Stadium, they may work 6 am to 8 pm. They do work some Saturdays and an occasional Sunday. They get 6 paid Holidays off each year and work the rest if they fall on a Monday - Friday. They get time and a half over time and will receive a lot of it from April to August.

• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional travel is required to surrounding cities and states.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day.
• Must NOT be afraid of heights, climbing 40 ft ladders, walking roofs, and operating boom lifts and scissor lifts.

• Operate high-pressure washer equipment to clean a variety of surfaces, such as buildings, flat surfaces, and more.
